14 DAY RETURNS POLICY

Unwanted goods 

You have up to 14 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase or not . If you have changed your mind , simply complete a returns form & return it 🙂 

Due to the nature of our products and for obvious health and hygiene reasons, all returns must be in their original condition & packaging ( including shrink wrapping, seals etc), that are unopened, unused or unworn, with any enclosed documentation. 

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.

The refund may take up to 14 days to go through, however we always do our best to refund within 7 days. 

All returns are inspected upon return. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse your refund and to send them back to you at your cost. 

Faulty Goods

Any damaged or faulty goods should be reported to us (via email: contact@blisspulse.co.uk) within 14 days of being delivered, with a note stating the problem, the desire outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number. You have another 14 days to send the goods back to us.

The faulty items must be thoroughly cleaned- any sign of use gives us the right to refuse the refund.

Faulty items will be inspected upon return. If we receive goods that are said to be faulty but are fully operational then we will count these as unwanted goods and may return to you at your cost.

Lingerie and underwear 

Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Other 

*To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

*If we reach out to you about a return and don’t hear anything back in a timely manner then we withhold the right to dispose of the goods.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
